Information we collect
We collect contact, delivery, order, payment-status, and message information needed to serve customers. For site security, fraud prevention, operational analytics, and experience improvement, we may also record IP address, browser, device type, pages visited, referrer, approximate country or region, and visit time.
Approximate IP location
IP geolocation is an estimate based on network data and is not a precise GPS location. Detailed visit records are retained for 90 days by default and are available only to authorized administrators.
Use and protection
Information supports orders, communication, security, compliance, and service improvement. Visitor IP addresses are not published in public HTML, and we do not use canvas, audio, font, or hardware fingerprinting.
Your choices
Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal or operational purposes.
